Had the pleasure of catching this themed bar during its Harry Potter season. (Next one is Lord of the Rings) Yes, make reservations. Sit at the bar if you can and watch all the fun drinks being made. Best cocktails I've had in a long time!!! Everything was creative and delicious! The bartenders were amazing and really knew their craft. Super fun ingredients like edible glitter and charcoal tequila. Worth the price for sure.

This is my favorite soeak easy place in town, I have been to every themes and I really enjoyed nightmare before Christmas. Bartender Dylan was very nice and made our time fun.

Have been coming to themed nights for a while now. I enjoy the atmosphere that Allusion provides. Their drinks are creative and fun in presentation and taste great. I very much appreciate their mocktail and non alcoholic options. This was the first time we attended the brunch and we had a great time. Looking forward to future brunch events

What a fun and unique experience. The decor was fantastic. It transported you right into the world of Harry Potter. Every inch was on point. We tried 4 different drinks and each and every one was delicious and unique to the theme. The food theme was fun but just average in taste during this experience.

Everything that Alusions offers reflects all of the staffs passion, care, and craftsmanship. From the cocktails to the service, everything translates to an exciting and tastful experience. The bartenders and cocktail servers are so enjoyable that you could honestly make a reservation for one, and it would always feel like a party of plenty. Now, the amount of work and balance that goes into the cocktails are phenomenal. There are no drinks that I tried (which was plenty) that are not worthy to sip. Considering the whole craft scene in town, this place reflects the most creative principles of craftcocktails. You will not regret visiting. With that being said, I will suggest making a reservation. They do not cocktail anyone who is not sitting at a table. They also don't really have a formal waiting list as they would be too busy or just don't need a host. So yes, make an ACCURATE reservation in respect to how small and busy the place is with its demand. Since the cocktails also take much love to make, do not expect the drinks to come out in 2 minutes like some dive bar slinger. Alusions does do themes throughout the year. Some were Starwars, Alice in Wonderland, and my favorite thus far, Lord of the Rings. This is a must visit. I'm sad to say but I enjoyed my visit so much that I forgot to take pictures. In a way, that is the best review as it will always be reserved uniquely in my head. I'm an avid reviewer if that says anything. Sometimes, pictures don't say enough anyway. :) Edit: Some time has passed and I took a couple of good pictures and a video :) everything stands true still this day 1.5 years later. Cheers!

This is our second visit to Allusion (first was at the Powers location) and we are HOOKED! The theme this go-around was Nightmare Before Christmas. Again, decor ON POINT, down to every last detail. There were even other guests who came dressed up as Sally and Jack! Such a great vibe every visit!! Our server/ bartender, Aalliyah, was awesome!!! Personable, outgoing, and very knowledgeable. She had excellent recommendations for cocktails that were tailored to our preferences, all of which turned out perfectly! We had dinner in addition to drinks and we were once again wildly impressed with both the food quality and the presentation. A lot of thought and effort goes into each dish (apps, entrees, and desserts!) and we have yet to have one that we didn’t enjoy. The food is not your typical bar quality selections. Instead, you are offered carefully crafted delights from The Wobbly Olive, the speakeasy’s restaurant front. The bar also offers uniquely themed menu items in addition to the restaurant’s regular menu. We are now officially Allusion Speakeasy ADDICTS and can’t wait for the upcoming Harry Potter themes! Will be visiting both Tejon and Powers since each one will be featuring different HP locations! Voting is open for May’s theme so visit their social media pages to get in on the fun!

Absolutely delightful experience! We went to the new Shrek theme and loved it. We’ve been going for the past few years and have never been disappointed, always so creative and tasty! Would love to see a Twilight theme, especially for fall!

This place is amazing! We went to both the brunch and in the evening for cocktails. The atmosphere is amazing and the staff is awsome. Our server for brunch was Justin and evening was Whitney, they made our experience one of the best we have had. This place is absolutely amazing and I can't wait for August when I come back to the area for the next theme.
